HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OF EXCHANGE

RETURNS
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Creative Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns or exchanges will be processed based on the following criteria:
Returns. If you are not satisfied with your NON CUSTOMIZED purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 business days.
Exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, or if you simply wish to exchange it for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Customized or personalized items, including those with approved proof, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We take great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of custom items, but once a proof has been approved, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the unique nature of these products.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
